Trustorra ("Trustorra", "we", "us") provides review management and reputation support services for platforms such as Trustpilot and G2. This includes review invitations to your real customers, review monitoring, reply management, audits and reporting.

Service details, package scope, delivery estimates and prices are listed on the relevant pages and may be updated at any time.

03Honest Reviews Only

We do not write, buy, sell or post reviews, and we do not create reviewer accounts. Every review must come from a real customer, in their own words. We do not offer incentives for positive reviews, and we do not filter invitations so only happy customers are asked.

Because customers decide whether to leave a review and what to write, we do not guarantee any number of reviews or any rating.

04Your Responsibilities

When you use our services, you agree to:

• Give accurate order and business information.
• Only share contact details of real customers you are allowed to contact.
• Keep your account and communication channels secure.
• Follow local laws and the rules of each review platform.
• Not use our website for abuse, fraud, scraping or unauthorised access attempts.

05Orders, Pricing & Delivery

Package availability, turnaround times and prices depend on scope and platform conditions. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

We may decline or stop any order that presents legal, platform-policy or operational risk — including any request for fake, paid or incentivised reviews.

06Payment & Refunds

Payment terms are shared with you before work starts. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Any correction or remedy is limited to what is included in your agreed package scope.

07Intellectual Property

Website content, branding, design and published text are owned by Trustorra or licensed to us. You may not copy, republish, modify or distribute this material without our written permission.

Content you provide to us (such as your logo or customer lists) stays yours. You allow us to use it only to deliver your service.

08Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website, or outcomes beyond the defined scope of your package and agreed support terms.

09Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trustorra is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages from your use of the website or services, including lost revenue, business interruption or reputational impact.

10Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or end access to our services when needed for legal compliance, abuse prevention, payment disputes or security reasons. Terms that by their nature should continue after termination will remain in effect.

11Platform Compliance & Disclaimer

Trustorra is an independent service provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with Trustpilot, G2, Google, Yelp or TripAdvisor. All platform names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners.

We follow each platform's published guidelines for review invitations. You are responsible for making sure your own use of these platforms follows their terms.

12Governing Law

These terms, and any separate agreement under which we provide services, are governed by the laws that apply where Trustorra operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer protection laws that apply to you.
